Our Pool Installation Process

Our expert team will meet you on the property, answer questions you may have about the pool installation, and go over the details on the pool builders can answer.

Next we will present you with a design for the perfect backyard oasis. We will show you what the fiberglass in-ground pool will look like with decking in your backyard along with pricing quote outlining the pool installation from the pool builders perspective.

Once the contract is agreed upon, a timeline is set. Our pool installation process is all-inclusive! There will be no surprises. We outline everything in the contract. The longest wait of this process will be the time it takes the custom pool to arrive. Once we have a delivery date set, and the pool builders will begin!

Timeline is based on delivery date. We have a 4 week process.

Before delivery:

Pre-Dig

   HOA Approval if needed.

   Permits

   Coping Stone Decision

   Deep Seals Inspected

Week 1:

• The Dig
• Set and Level
• Backfill for Plumbing
• Electrical
• Electrical Inspections
• Plumbing

Week2:

• Add Water
• Check the quality
• Leak Check (Run 12-24 Hours)
• Backfill to the beam of pool
• Rebar & Concrete Collar

Week 3: 

• Coping Stone Install
• Prep for Concrete

Week 4:

• Concrete Deck
• Expansion Joint
• Clean Up!

Process is complete in 4 weeks, weather permitting!

As with all renovations, there are things that the pool installers can not foresee. We will communicate daily throughout the process to ensure you are aware of everything going on. This is our promise throughout the pool installation.
